Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving an item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and (if applicable) in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@maximarketing.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package to the email provided to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address any issues as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Some exceptions may apply to specific items, including but no limited to: items missing packaging or instruction manuals, sale items, custom shipped or freighted items, items that have been used or damaged, etc.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item or if you received an order that was incorrect or missing products, packaging, manuals, etc. please contact us immediately and we will help clear up any issues.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If applicable we will send you confirmation of the refund when it has been completed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
