Shipping policy

Orders can be arranged for pickup, during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.
For orders to the US shipping will be through one of our other shipping partners (Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, Purolator, etc.) We do not ship outside of Canada and the continental US at this time, but please contact us if you are outside of this area and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery may be arranged, please contact us directly. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email.
